Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-07-17

ToolDesk ("the Site") is designed with your privacy as the top priority. Most tools on the Site process your input entirely within your device (browser) and never send it to a server. This policy explains what information the Site handles and how.

Data processed in your browser

For most tools on the Site, any text, images, or files you enter, paste, or upload are processed only within your device (browser). This data is never sent to or stored on our servers or by any third party.

For your convenience, some tools may save settings, usage history, or favorites in your browser's localStorage. This data also stays on your device and is not transmitted externally. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser data.

Data sent to the server (Scheduling tool)

The "Scheduling" tool, by its nature, needs to be shared with others via a URL to collect responses, so the candidate dates and responses you enter are stored on the server.

This information can be accessed by anyone who knows the sharing URL. Please avoid including confidential information you do not want others to see. No tool other than the Scheduling tool sends your input to the server.

Analytics

To understand usage and improve the service, the Site uses Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and collects only aggregated, non-identifying data such as page views, referrers, and approximate region.

No individual can be identified from the information collected.

Advertising

The Site may in the future use third-party advertising services such as Google AdSense. These advertising providers may use cookies to display ads tailored to your interests.

Through the use of cookies, ads may be served based on your access to this and other sites. You can disable personalized advertising in Google's Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com). For how cookies are handled in third-party advertising, please refer to each provider's policy.

Use of cookies

The Site's core features (such as saving your theme and language preferences) use your browser's localStorage rather than cookies, and are stored on your device.

As noted above, if advertising services are introduced, cookies may be used by the advertising providers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some site features may not work correctly as a result.

Third-party services

The Site uses Vercel for hosting and analytics, and may in the future use Google services for advertising. The handling of information by these services is governed by each company's own privacy policy.
