Terms of Service

These Terms apply to all relationships between the operator and users concerning the use of the Site.

The tools on the Site are, in principle, all available free of charge. However, incidental costs such as communication fees arising from using the Site are borne by the user.

The tools and services on the Site are provided "as is." The operator makes no warranty whatsoever as to their accuracy, completeness, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, or continued availability.

You use the Site at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the operator bears no liability for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site. Always verify results yourself.

When using the Site, users must not engage in the following:

Acts that violate laws or public order and morals; acts that infringe the rights of third parties (such as intellectual property or privacy); placing excessive load on the Site's servers or networks, or attempting unauthorized access; obstructing the operation of the Site; and any other acts the operator deems inappropriate.

Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the programs, design, text, and other content that make up the Site belong to the operator or the rightful holders. Rights to any output you produce using the Site's tools belong to you.

The operator may change, add to, suspend, or terminate the Site without prior notice to users. The operator is not liable for any damages to users arising therefrom.

The interpretation and application of these Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning the Site, the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location shall be the exclusive court of first instance.

The operator may change these Terms without notice to users when deemed necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted on the Site.
