How it works

Share URL and privacy
Answers are managed per share URL, and only those who know the URL can view or respond. Event pages are set not to appear in search engines, so people beyond those you shared with generally cannot find them. That said, the URL itself acts as a key, so avoid forwarding it to unrelated people.

Does this tool store my data on a server?
Yes. Because it issues a shareable URL and collects responses from participants, event information such as candidate dates and answers is stored on a server. Note this differs from the other tools that run entirely in your browser.
Do participants need to register an account?
No. Anyone who opens the shareable URL can enter a name and respond without registering. It is a simple design where people who have the link can take part.
What do yes / maybe / no mean?
Yes means can attend, maybe means can attend with some adjustment (conditional), and no means cannot attend. The tally summarizes the responses so the best-fitting date becomes clear.
How long does a created event remain?
Events have an expiration and lapse after a period without updates. The expiry is pushed forward each time there is activity such as a new response, so it persists while the exchange continues.
Can a response be changed after it is submitted?
Yes, responses are designed to be editable. If your plans change, update your answer from the same shared page.
Can anyone who learns the URL see it?
The shareable URL is designed so that anyone who knows it can reach the response page. Be careful about how widely you share the link so it does not spread beyond the people involved.
