Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. All conversion happens inside your browser and images are never sent anywhere.
Which formats are supported?
It converts between PNG, JPG (JPEG) and WebP. Any image your browser can decode can be loaded.
What happens to transparency when converting to JPEG?
JPEG cannot store transparency, so transparent areas are filled with white. Choose PNG or WebP to keep transparency.
Some images like HEIC won't load.
Formats your browser cannot decode (such as HEIC) can't be loaded. Convert them to PNG/JPEG on your device first.
